West End Grove

This Surrey renovation embraced a raw, industrial lux style with a striking broken-plan living. Within eight months we converted five nonfunctional ground floor, rooms and renovated and remodelled the first floor. Featuring large Crittall-style doors, windows and a glass lean-to leading to a modest courtyard style garden. The central hub of the property is a very unique floating, hand poured concrete floor, complete with round glass lenses, showcasing views of the games room below. The striking design blends exposed brick walls and raw plaster ceilings with bold and earthy colours, materials, and patterns. Additional standout features are a custom wine wall and double-sided fireplace, plus an oversized kitchen island with a terracotta concrete worktop. The original floor plan was entirely reworked to create a modern, functional space with dramatic industrial elements throughout.
